The faucet on one had a manufacturers defect which the manufacturer sent out a replacement free of charge. Matt and the team were there the same day I received it and installed it. No further issues. I had them do a house inspection of the plumbing and they flushed out the tank less water heater that resulted in the removal of sediment that accumulated over the past 9 years since it was installed. However, upon doing research here and having a water bill, the fact that Kinetico uses the force of the water for regeneration and to clean only made sense; plus the fact that it uses very little water, purified water as well in order to clean - this was important to us.
