Kevin and his crew showed up on time and solved all my issues with plumbing for a 28 year old condo. He removed and installed a new 40 gal. hot water heater, fixed a drippy faucet, and installed and removed a new bathroom sink. Service was excellent. On time and great for my pocket book. Excellent job and will recommend to all of my friends and co-workers. Awesome!

The guys at Straight Flush were able to assist me, within 18 hours of my original call. My service tech, Bernard, called (as promised) 1 hour before he arrived, and arrived when he said he would. Service was friendly and quick. I would highly recommend Straight Flush and I will use them again for any plumbing problems at my home in Brentwood, TN.

Ok, I can't really Say I hired them. But during a holiday We called our home owner insurance and they sent out a plumber which quoted us $7000 to repair our Main Water Leak. I paid them for the service call ; and sent them on their way. I call Straight Flush Plumbing the following hour not realizing it was a holiday. Kevin and I texted almost half the day July 4th scheduling a time to come out. During a Storm I was greeted by the service guy which informed me that the problem was a coupler on the water meter. I could have been out $7000 dollars but they were truthful to tell me the issue was in the hands of the city. I was grateful to only pay the service fee; but I would have given them more so here is my recommendation. 5 stars.

Kevin and his crew installed a new water line from the meter to the house. He and his whole crew was respectful and courteous and didn't mind all my questions or me watching the progress. Job well done!

I appreciated that they were able to come install the Hot Water Heater on a Saturday, and that the arrived on time. It was an easy job for me. They came, They worked, They finished and i have hot water.

Kevin and his team did a great job installing my new farmhouse sink. Unfortunately they had to do it twice (due to misinformation given by Home Depot), but both times they were there prompt and did a great job. They quoted me a price over the phone, and that's exactly what I paid. I will definitely be calling them again for our plumbing needs.

I needed to have my kitchen sink tied into my main line and they gave me a fair quote and were finished when they said they would be. The quote was fast and accurate. They worked hard digging in my back yard in the cold and it looked good after.

A+++ RATING!! I made the mistake of calling Hiller early in the morning when I first noticed the large water leak in my front yard. Hiller didn't show up until the sun was almost down and wanted $1100 to patch a 1 foot section of pipe that had burst in the yard. I paid them their standard $59 for the exam fee and sent them on their way and called Straight Flush Plumbing. This was the BEST decision I made all day. Not only was their price MUCH MUCH better and affordable but they were also extremely professional, came all the way out to my house across town IN RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC, after-hours and got the job done FAST! Don't forget, this is January in Tennessee mind you...The technician gave me an honest assessment of the short and long-term situation with my pipes and also gave me a lot of valuable information on how to better avoid problems like this in the future. These guys are real. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Kevin and his crew are very easy to work with, updated an old bathroom downstairs, updated all the water pipes, put in a dishwasher and several other jobs. This was done in a professional and timely manner and picks up after themselves. Couldn't ask for more. Will work with you to get the most without breaking you piggy bank. So glad our paths cross.
