4 stars because the regular service that’s a part of the plan purchased was less than satisfactory. One service visit was missed by technician but Pentair refunded that portion of payment.

Our water tasted so bad, it was undrinkable and you could taste it through cooking or boiling. After getting the pelican system installed, our water isn't just palatable, it's actually *good*. My family wants to drink water instead of soda or koolaid, and that is worth every penny.

I had a perceived problem, called tech support and was treated unbelievably well. Totally professional and helpful in every way. within twenty minutes a tech was calling me from my home, on the spot to take care of the problem. Well...as embarrassing as it is to say....the problem was my fault. No doubt about it. These folks are wonderful.

Salesperson was a bit overwhelming, but the product is great and Brad who installed the system went above and beyond! Our water is so much better now. We thought we wanted a salt based system originally but glad we decided to go this route - coffee tastes better, laundry looks nicer, shower water is softer, soap lathers better -- don't know how we lived without it!

Company Representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and most important lives close, has same water, and has the system we got installed. The whole house filter is great - I can drink water from the faucet. The water is softer too.

I was able to schedule an appointment with the salesman and installation within a one week timeframe. It was installed yesterday. Too soon to tell if the water is softer but the whole house filter is great. We have city water but now it tastes like bottled water. Loving it so far!

Knew the Pelican system very well and provide quick installation. Does not do finishing, however, like calking or filling in pipe holes in walls or fixing boarders drilled through. Had to hire a handyman to come in afterward to do that.
