"He was punctual, polite, professional and very pleasant to work with. He did not waste time. He and his helper helped me with 3 distinct job: replacing a cracked toilet, installing a new shower head and replacing a disposal. His prices were spot-on and I will have him back to install a new vanity in my bathroom. THANK YOU Cale and Eric!"

"These guys are quick to respond, and provide all the details a homeowner could want. They took care of the issue and kept the work site clean. I didn't feel pressured for any extras, and I was well informed on what was needed and what would be beneficial. All and all, I highly recommend."

"My heat pump was on it's last legs and I was afraid it would go south on the hottest day of the year, so I started researching. I read A LOT of reviews and on Angi's they had a lot of positive ones. So, I called them and was very happy with the 'quote" process. They presented everything that was available clearly and answered all my questions. They didn't pressure me to upgrade, but after reviewing all the specs of each unit and the warranties, I did decide to upgrade. The installation was completed in one day by an extremely polite and hardworking crew. They found some other issues that might have caused me trouble down the road and repaired them for no additional charges. I have been extremely happy with everything. Only time will tell if I made the right choice, but "so far, so good". I would highly recommend Aire Care!"

Toilets questions, answered by experts

If you notice water leaking down the side of the bowl or tank and you don’t notice any cracks in the porcelain, the odds are that it’s condensation. If you notice water around the base of the toilet, this points to a leak. Check for loose bolts. A sewage odor may also indicate a broken toilet flange.

DIY is not recommended for commercial settings due to safety and code compliance. Hire licensed professionals.

The first step to clearing the air in a line is to locate the cause. This is usually a blockage in either the drain or the venting system. Once you clear the issue, flush the system by actually flushing the toilets repeatedly. This should allow the trapped air to escape, thus clearing the lines. Don’t be surprised if there is increased bubbling as the air makes its way through the system.

Yes, you should screw your flange to the subfloor, including cement. The best way to get this done is to predrill holes into the concrete using a hammer drill and a ¼-inch concrete bit. Be careful when you’re ready to bolt your flange down, as you can accidentally crack it. You can avoid this issue by not installing the screws too deep. Or, you can opt for a flange with a stainless steel ring so you don’t have to worry about cracking the plastic.

If you need to repair part of your plumbing, it will cost an average of $330. The cost of plumbing repairs is influenced by several factors, including the type of drain and the specific repair needed.
