"Quickly scheduled and a crew of two came at appointed time, very prompt, and they were very careful to not dirty anything. They resealed the one toilet with wax gasket leaking. They replaced a gasket part in the toilet water tank as well so that that toilet sealed properly and no longer was wasting water. I have had to adjust the chain several times since their visit so it didn't catch on other parts and keep the flapper up and water running. The wax seal is working well, but there is a wax stain on the flooring about the base of the toilet that looks like water is leaking. This doesn't clean up easily. Upstairs toilet flush mechanism had leak as well that they repaired. This has stopped the water running in that toilet. Further checks for water leaks showed during 10-15 minute test period there were no other leaks in water supply to house or within the house. I'm waiting for a full month of water meter readings to see if consumption has returned to normal levels."
