I hired them virtually to replace 3 toilets! I needed work done at a house in Tennessee while I live in Georgia. They called and discussed my needs. They did the job the very day we spoke! He even sent pictures along the way. When they had a problem, they called and discussed the solution. I was 100% satisfied and Iâ m not always easy to please! ð

They arrived the day before the planned time. They had the appropriate equipment and skills to do the job quickly and accurately. They found no blockage or tree roots in the existing system. They recommended changes to the system, which they said was undersized. They proposed increasing the drain system from 4" corrugated to 6" PVC. That would involve either cutting the sidewalk or tunneling under it as well as cutting many irrigation water lines, relocating an irrigation valve cluster, and also cutting landscape lighting wires. We have decided NOT to proceed with that follow-on project and instead replace the damaged portions of the existing system using 4" PVC.
