To his word he was here this morning before the scheduled time, and he and Scott started immediately. The heater was located in the crawl space so they worked in tight quarters.. I donâ t normally leave reviews, but in this instance, it is warranted. Based on my experience with Craig and Hicks Services I will use them in any future plumbing situations, and I do recommend if you need something fixed or repaired at your home you call them and give them a chance to earn your business. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."
