The technician came out about an hour and a half later and had fixed two toilets - one had gotten clogged and the other wasn't flushing right - in about 15-20 minutes. The tech also made a small repair at no extra charge to make sure one of my supply lines to the back of the toilet didn't leak. I didn't do exact price comparisons with other companies but the morning of house call + the auger for the clogged toilet + the small build repair to the second toilet came out to about $450. There may be folks who could have done it cheaper but we have company coming over this weekend and I wasn't about to not have either of my toilets in good working order. A thorough and professional job done at lightning speed was worth the rate."
