My parents had a pipe burst in their ceiling causing extensive damage. With the water shut off, we needed a plumber to repair the pipe. On a Sunday. On Father's Day. Mr. Davis was the only plumber to return my call. He said he would be here in about an hour. He was early. Mr. Davis quickly found the problems and had them fixed in less than an hour. Mr. Davis' price was very reasonable, especially for a Sunday emergency call. He explained everything to my dad and the insurance agent. Everything went so smoothly for the circumstances. I would recommend Davis Plumbing unconditionally.

I've used Pat Davis several times down through the years to do various repairs. Once he replaced a wax ring around the base of a toilet where septic odor was escaping, and another time he repaired a faucet.
A few months ago I was having a problem with odors coming up from the kitchen drain. Pat reconfigured the plumbing under the sink as the original builder's plumbing assistant had done it badly.
A few weeks later he came out and repaired a faucet that was leaking.
I will always use Pat Davis for plumbing needs.

Sewer backed up on Friday afternoon. The Public Works Dept. cleaned out the outside line and it still backed up. I spent all weekend trying to clean it myself without success. I called Mr. Davis Monday Morning and he showed up within an hour. He used a heavy duty machine that cleaned it out including cutting out roots. He was here over an hour and charged 150.00, which was what he quoted on the phone.
The house is almost 100 years old and the lines are buried under concrete in the basement around 10 feet deep. He said eventually I will need to replace the lines. Even though he doesn't do that kind of work he gave me advice on what needed to be done in the future. He also looked at a couple of other problems and gave me advice on what needed to be done. Next time I will call him as soon as something happens.
