Both men were very pleasant and professional. Everything was explained to me and it didn't take a long time at all for them to finish. The carpets all look great and new. Thank you for a job well done. I had used them once before and I will use them again when I need carpets cleaned.

We had a rental home that needed to be sold. The last people that resided there had a dog, which we had no clue about. The dog peed on parts of the carpet, and the carpet had terrible stains on it too. We feared we would have to replace the whole thing. They came in and got out the smell, and stains! They also cleaned our tile, and it looked great! We will use them again!

I have been using these guys since 2008 to clean the wall-to-wall carpeting in my rental house. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I called yesterday afternoon to schedule an appointment, and they offered to meet me at the house at 9am the following day--less than 24 hours later, and this was not even an emergency.

They called me 45 minutes before the appointment to confirm that they were on their way. As always, they showed up a few minutes early. They are friendly, professional, and use industrial equipment, most of which stays in the van, so they are not dragging a bunch of machinery through the house. They don't need any electricity to my knowledge, and hey even have the capability of bringing their own water tank (in the van) so your water service does not even have to be active--a big plus for a rental house where the utilities are turned over frequently.

I have no problem leaving the cleaners unattended in the house, they can be relied on to lock up and secure the place when they are done.

As to the quality of the work, my carpets always look new and pampered after All Pro shampoos them. There are never chemical or other odors left behind, and all marks/dirty areas are gone.

I have been very pleased with every interaction I've had with All Pro Cleaning over the years, including the price, the quality of their work, and their professionalism. It is a good feeling to have a company you can rely on and trust, and I have found that in All Pro Cleaning. I would recommend their services to anyone.

We returned from a two week vacation to find our refridgerator not cold, and everything within spoilt. Drainage from the refridgerator had damaged the hardwood under/in-front. All-Pro took care of absolutely everything, and were very professional. They did a great job of keeping the dust and smell out of the rest of our house. All work was guaranteed to our satisfaction, and they lived up to that. A+ service, highly recommended.
