I picked this company due to their high Google rating, but unfortunately, their services did not do the job for pet odor removal of an area rug. I contacted the company after the first cleaning to notify of the remaining odor, and they returned to perform another cleaning service. Unfortunately, it did not work either. I was given John Cullinan’s, the operations manager, email address to discuss further options but have not received a response from my email on 10/3 or two additional emails on 10/10 and 10/25. Highly disappointed in responsiveness and service.

It went great from start to finish. Scheduled my appointment a week before and was able to get my requested date and time. Received a confirmation email immediately. Also received a reminder email & text the day before appt. Returned RSVP text message reminder sent the day before service. The Technician called me the morning of my appt. He relayed the time frame he would arrive. The Technician was polite, friendly and arrived on time. He reviewed the areas of service and the pricing. All were correct. Finished the cleaning in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with the result. Carpet looked great!

Eric, the tech, called to ask if he could arrive a little ahead of his scheduled time. He was professional and knowledgeable of his product. I appreciated his honesty about a stain that had previously been treated by another carpet cleaning service. I wish I had called Zerorez first.

The technician was on time, gave me a call when he was on his way, was professional and friendly, and had both rooms looking great in about an hour. I felt like it was completely worth the money I paid. I didn’t look into the company very much before I booked the service, but I was bracing myself for that strong chemical smell, and much to my surprise, there was essentially no odor in the rooms. I have previously rented equipment to clean these carpets myself, with varying degrees of success, but after this experience, I plan to continue to book through ZeroRez and let the professionals take care of it for me!

Ian was very professional & answered all my questions honestly & gave me all possible options. I live in an apt where the carpet is worn in areas & stains have become visible in high traffic areas since I moved in 5 months ago. I really wanted to be able to leave a positive review for these folks as they were responsive to my scheduling requests, very professional in offering a quote, and I liked the technician who came out and processed our carpet. Sadly, they failed in their primary mission which was leave us with clean carpet in return for the amount of money spent. For us, the Zerorez process was no more effective than our home carpet cleaner using a cleaning solution from Lowe’s. These are our results 24 hours after the carpet dried: • The lightly soiled areas were relatively clean, similar to previous home cleaning • The more heavily soiled high traffic areas and stairs were cleaner than when the technician arrived but are far from clean with gray lines along the edges and scattered shadowy areas • The worst result was that all the original stains returned as soon as the carpet dried. Not only did they reappear but additional stains that were not visible before the Zerorez application appeared as well. Based on the advertising on their website and e-mails, I expected the Zerorez process to remove them completely. I had specifically pointed them out as areas of concern to the booking agent and the technician. I called Zerorez and requested a partial refund based on the disappointing results. They offered to come back out free of charge and try cleaning again based on their 30-day guarantee. I didn’t want to spend any more time on what was likely to be a futile effort. I wish their process would have worked for us.

I called on the 22nd to book an appointment, and they were at my house on the 28th. Jason, the service tech, explained the process and the extras I could add on, if I wished. I was in no way pressured to purchase anything above the basic treatment. I really appreciated how knowledgeable he is about the treatments and that he could make recommendations based on my situation. The work went quickly, and my carpet looks fantastic! The base price would have been $119 +tax, but I added in their topical pet treatment and the fiber protect.

The guy that came, Kevin, did a fantastic job. The carpets were cleaner than I had hoped and Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I would definitely hire them -- and, in particular, Kevin -- again. I've included the cost below, but I wouldn't say they were expensive -- I just needed a lot of work done.

WOW WOW WOW!!! I was so impressed with Zerorez! We have used other companies in the past & the chairs did NOT come clean! The recliner & Chair look BRAND NEW. I wish I had taken before & after pictures. They receive my highest recommendation!

Two of the room had rather old carpet (37 years) used for an office and grandkids playroom, but they cleaned up better than expected. The rest was only 18 months old and cleaned up great.
