Daniel was our technician and kept us updated on his arrival time. He was polite and professional when he arrived, explaining the pricing and procedures. The cleaning process was thorough and swift, with our carpets and throw rugs looking dazzling. You can't go wrong with hiring Zerorez!

I picked this company due to their high Google rating, but unfortunately, their services did not do the job for pet odor removal of an area rug. I contacted the company after the first cleaning to notify of the remaining odor, and they returned to perform another cleaning service. Unfortunately, it did not work either. I was given John Cullinan’s, the operations manager, email address by a receptionist to discuss further options but never received a response after multiple calls and 3 emails. Highly disappointed in responsiveness and service.

This is the third time we have used this company, and they are very good, the young man that always does our carpet and upholstery is very professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Scheduled a cleaning on a Friday and 3pm. The specialist got here at exactly 3pm and was already pulling out of our driveway at 3:37. We paid to have 3 rooms and a hallway cleaned. After he left, we checked the rooms. Floors were almost dry and stains were still on the floor (toddler stains that usually come up with nothing more than soap and water). Scheduled a reclean for the following week at 3pm. The guy asked if he could come at 1pm instead. I told him i was sorry but it wouldnt be possible. Our toddler naps until 3 and his room was one of the rooms he would be servicing. He told me this technically wasnt even his job and he didnt have to come. He didnt want to kill 2 hours so he was hoping to come early. I canceled with him (obviously), and called to talk with the scheduling dept. they contacted management to let them know what happened. The employee also contacted them and told them i was rude to him, so management refused to come reclean and is also refusing to refund us.

It went great from start to finish. Scheduled my appointment a week before and was able to get my requested date and time. Received a confirmation email immediately. Also received a reminder email & text the day before appt. Returned RSVP text message reminder sent the day before service. The Technician called me the morning of my appt. He relayed the time frame he would arrive. The Technician was polite, friendly and arrived on time. He reviewed the areas of service and the pricing. All were correct. Finished the cleaning in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with the result. Carpet looked great!

Eric, the tech, called to ask if he could arrive a little ahead of his scheduled time. He was professional and knowledgeable of his product. I appreciated his honesty about a stain that had previously been treated by another carpet cleaning service. I wish I had called Zerorez first.

The service went great. Both techs were very friendly, efficient and professional. They treated our home with care and explained the process as they went. We had never done this before and so after 22 years I’m glad we finally did it.

Great! Jason and Charles were very punctual and professional. Carpets look very clean and are supposed to dry very quickly. Also purchased fiber protector so hopefully that will assist in keeping them clean.

Chris was amazing! He was very friendly and professional. He explained everything that the service would provide and about how Zerorez is an eco friendly cleaning service, which I love! The technician was on time, gave me a call when he was on his way, was professional and friendly, and had both rooms looking great in about an hour. I felt like it was completely worth the money I paid. I didn’t look into the company very much before I booked the service, but I was bracing myself for that strong chemical smell, and much to my surprise, there was essentially no odor in the rooms. I have previously rented equipment to clean these carpets myself, with varying degrees of success, but after this experience, I plan to continue to book through ZeroRez and let the professionals take care of it for me!

Ian was very professional & answered all my questions honestly & gave me all possible options. I live in an apt where the carpet is worn in areas & stains have become visible in high traffic areas since I moved in 5 months ago. I am very pleased with the results thus far & would not hesitate to use Zerorex again.

I really wanted to be able to leave a positive review for these folks as they were responsive to my scheduling requests, very professional in offering a quote, and I liked the technician who came out and processed our carpet. Sadly, they failed in their primary mission which was leave us with clean carpet in return for the amount of money spent. For us, the Zerorez process was no more effective than our home carpet cleaner using a cleaning solution from Lowe’s. These are our results 24 hours after the carpet dried: • The lightly soiled areas were relatively clean, similar to previous home cleaning • The more heavily soiled high traffic areas and stairs were cleaner than when the technician arrived but are far from clean with gray lines along the edges and scattered shadowy areas • The worst result was that all the original stains returned as soon as the carpet dried. Not only did they reappear but additional stains that were not visible before the Zerorez application appeared as well. Based on the advertising on their website and e-mails, I expected the Zerorez process to remove them completely. I had specifically pointed them out as areas of concern to the booking agent and the technician. I called Zerorez and requested a partial refund based on the disappointing results. They offered to come back out free of charge and try cleaning again based on their 30-day guarantee. I didn’t want to spend any more time on what was likely to be a futile effort. I wish their process would have worked for us.

I called on the 22nd to book an appointment, and they were at my house on the 28th. Jason, the service tech, explained the process and the extras I could add on, if I wished. I was in no way pressured to purchase anything above the basic treatment. I really appreciated how knowledgeable he is about the treatments and that he could make recommendations based on my situation. The work went quickly, and my carpet looks fantastic! The base price would have been $119 +tax, but I added in their topical pet treatment and the fiber protect.

The carpets were well cleaned. The employee/cleaner did not remove the area rugs off of the wood floor as I was told he would.

The guy that came, Kevin, did a fantastic job. The carpets were cleaner than I had hoped and Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I would definitely hire them -- and, in particular, Kevin -- again. I've included the cost below, but I wouldn't say they were expensive -- I just needed a lot of work done.
