I have NO idea, when this Brick house, w/ a "Stone" foundation had been previously washed. It needed it.
I had tried for the last 2 years to remove the mold from the bottom Stone part, but it just didn't get "all that CLEAN"-!
AND, YES, it is, NOW-! YAY-!!! I'll admit I have no clue WHAT was used to get it looking so nice, but was assured it would NOT kill off all the nearby vegetation, about which I was a little worried-! (Although I do have some I WOULD like to get rid of-!) Oh, well...
They were Professional, timely, and VERY nice-! At SOME time, in the Future, I'd really like to actually Paint my Red-Brick house WHITE, but that's a pretty "Pricey" job, and not at ALL in "motion" at this point - BUT, before I'd do that, I'd hire them to do another "Wash" first, so the Paint job would be pristine, as well-!

"Having signed on with a different builder in early September, that builder came and tore out our old deck before getting the building permit. After contacting the City of Columbia permit office, we were told more information was needed from the builder. Four weeks later they still hadn't provided the necessary information. We ended up going with Tennth Floor Contracting and they were Awesome!!! After we paid the deposit, they submitted the permit application and even sent us a screenshot of it. 10 days later they had the permit and scheduled the project for 11/10/2025. They were finished by Thursday late afternoon, 4 days later. Edward and his staff were so thoughtful and did great work."
