"I have been extremely satisfied with this company. The supervisor is outstanding. He is honest, prompt and a good communicator. In 2017 they did some major repair work by replacing replacing wood in the eaves and paneling on the second floor of my house which is wood outside and was built in the early 1970s. They also painted the entire outside of the house. Since then I have used them for home improvements such as bathroom remodeling, replacing a window and wood frame, putting in a drain in the back yard and work in the kitchen replacing stove hood. The work is first class, the crew is courteous and efficient. They do a lot of different types of work on a house and I am very fortunate to have found them and would highly recommend them to you."

He approached the project with great attention to detail, did not rush or cut corners and was very informative throughout the process. "Having signed on with a different builder in early September, that builder came and tore out our old deck before getting the building permit. After contacting the City of Columbia permit office, we were told more information was needed from the builder. Four weeks later they still hadn't provided the necessary information. We ended up going with Tennth Floor Contracting and they were Awesome!!! After we paid the deposit, they submitted the permit application and even sent us a screenshot of it. 10 days later they had the permit and scheduled the project for 11/10/2025. They were finished by Thursday late afternoon, 4 days later. Edward and his staff were so thoughtful and did great work."
