"My 10+ yr old Whirlpool dishwasher was cleaning poorly and not draining the water completely. First technician came & attached new drainage hose. At first said pump was working and then determined dishwasher needed a new pump which he had to order. After a week part came in and new pump installed. This technician was just as rude as the first time he came to my house. After new pump installed, I gave it a week to see if cleaning improved. I called back and said dishwasher not cleaning great and still tons of water in the filter area after it completes its cycle. Another person came to my house and put in a new pump. He told me that these pumps do leave water behind as he has same one at home, showing me a photo of what looked to be water around the filter from his home dishwasher. I could not really tell. I thought this antic was completely shady! The parts they installed are not manufacturer parts so poor quality. There is more water left after cycle than ever before."

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day.
