I ended up buying a new tank water heater and his guys installed it professionally. They also replaced my worn-out pressure regulator valve for a fair price in a very cramped crawl space. They did such good work that I went ahead and let them install a new kitchen faucet that I had planned to replace myself. It turned out to be complicated so I'm glad I let them do the work and feel like the price I paid was more than fair. I now consider Riverside Plumbing to be my new plumber."

I offered them $300 cash and for them to bill me for $56.80. They would not bill me. She said I could pay by credit card, but the plumbing staff was able to to that either. I ended up having to drive 30 miles one way to take them my $356.80 payment. While I can attest to the complete professionalism of the 2 plumbers that completed my repairs, I will absolutely never hire Keefe Plumbing again because of the poor customer service of the office staff."
