Glenn Tice and his crew were awesome! They were easy to talk to and communicated very well about the job and the progress. They were very knowledgeable. The work that they performed was very professional and finished in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
We were charged $1,700 for approximately 3 hours of work. My husband had to cut numerous holes in the sheetrock for the plumber to have access to the pipe to cut out and reroute the drain. We were gouged on the price! Plumber stated there was over $300 of materials used but that is false. My husband inventoried what was used and got actual prices which turned out to be around $75. Yes, the plumber did come a first time and snake the drain (which did not work) and did not charge us but even if you factor in that, $1,700 is a crazy price to pay. He stated he "charged by the job" rather than by the hour when we questioned the charges. He thought we could afford it I guess since we live in a nice house but this was ridiculous. I do not recommend using Master Plumber!
