"I hired Charlie to replace a balcony at our lake house that was not built properly originally. Charlie performed the walkthrough when he said he would (no one was at the house at the time) and provided me a quote within two days along with a copy of his business license, insurance, and BBB rating (A+). We discussed what all needed to be done over the phone since I live in OH and the house is in TN and scheduled a time to meet in person. The flooring looks great and I could not tell, outside of the flooring, that he had even been there. I will definitely use Charlie and Handy Chucks for all of my home improvement needs not only due to the quality of his work but also because he is so trustworthy. He did all of the work while I was in OH and made sure the house was locked and the alarm was armed each night. I know this because both are tied to the Internet and I can monitor them from my phone. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
