My oldest son and I started this company, because I lost my youngest son to negligence from a contractor. I have 25 years of knowledge in the construction industry. I have seen poor craftsmanship, unsafe structures, and faulty work throughout my life. so, I retired from being an electrical superintendent to change the way contractors do business and to create safe structures that you call home. Availability is limited to after hours and weekends as to not interfere with my 9-5 Commercial refrigeration job. This also means cheaper pricing for you! My service call fee is only $40 AND is waived if the repair(s) takes more than one hour. My labor rate is also $40/hr and there is NO up-charge for parts and materials,you pay only what I pay. As a team we have accumulated over 75 years of experience in the fields of remodeling and construction. Aside from the managerial team, we also have a specialty plumber/electrician, painter, finish workers, and a fluctuating staff of hourly laborers skilled in every facet of interior remodeling and exterior projects also. We handle as much of each project ourselves as possible, and only under rare special occurances to accomodate our customers we will hire subcontractors. Billing is handled on an invoice to invoice basis which is based on our productivity.
