Availability is limited to after hours and weekends as to not interfere with my 9-5 Commercial refrigeration job. This also means cheaper pricing for you! My service call fee is only $40 AND is waived if the repair(s) takes more than one hour. My labor rate is also $40/hr and there is NO up-charge for parts and materials,you pay only what I pay. We handle as much of each project ourselves as possible, and only under rare special occurances to accomodate our customers we will hire subcontractors. Billing is handled on an invoice to invoice basis which is based on our productivity.
