About us

We are try to give the best service possible ,all technicians are professional ,courteous and strive to accommodate the needs of our customers . I started out and helped develop All About Dryer Vents and earned their super service awards (98 %) of Knoxville reviews have my name to them . I have currently expanded to meet the needs of my customers .

Services we offer

I offer professional dryer vent cleaning and replacement . At the request of some of my clients and customers I received further technical training . I also am a certified Jenn Air appliance installer, and certified in tankless water heater cleanings .I also try to offer any light handy service (change light bulbs, batteries in smoke detectors etc) My goal is to better serve the customer with one visit . If there is anything I can do to better serve my customers I am always open to suggestions .

He has been to the residence maybe 3 times. He does not follow through or show up for appointments. He has offered so many excuses a teacher would be astounded. He has been paid $3625.00. He was paid by the title company. We have been trying to get work finished since September 2019

John responded to my service request promptly and cleaned out the vent that had lint and stuff stopped up inside. This really was a needed service and he showed us why it was important to have it done annually. I will be calling John back next year!

I had another company scheduled for the work, but he called and cancelled. I then contacted a friend and they recommend All About Service. Within an 30 minutes of my call they were at my house! They were 100% wonderful. The price was great and they stuck to the quote that was given, no additional charges! They were very professional, on-time and friendly. I would highly recommend them!

Very smoothly. We had always cleaned our own vents at our home. But our new condo is on a slab and the vent is very long and hadn't been cleaned in years. The process was clean, quick and easy. John was a pleasure to deal with. I just learned he now services tankless water heaters as well.

Went really well. We moved in to a new home and the microwave and stove were a total wreck. Tech John removed the old stuff and installed the new stove and microwave in the same space. He then cleaned out our dryer vent which was a nasty mess and now the dryer runs better and we won't burn the house down!
