About us
Our company is managed through an administrative team including the owner and designer, a saleman and marketing specialist, an accountant and a project manager. As a team we have accumulated over 75 years of experience in the fields of remodeling and construction. Aside from the managerial team, we also have a specialty plumber/electrician, painter, finish workers, and a fluctuating staff of hourly laborers skilled in every facet of interior remodeling and exterior projects also. We handle as much of each project ourselves as possible, and only under rare special occurances to accomodate our customers we will hire subcontractors. Billing is handled on an invoice to invoice basis which is based on our productivity.

Our services offered include designing and bidding, demolition, framing, building additions, and general remodeling. We handle everything! That means lighting, plumbing, electrical, flooring, cabinet installation, countertops, tile, painting, and even purchasing appliances. We have the capabilities and resources to even undertake full on commercial and residential construction jobs.
Services we don't offer
As far as services not offered there really are none as far as remodeling and construction go. We either have the extertise or have reliable subcontractors to handle any project our potential clients want and need completed.

Inferior quality of cabinets and sub-standard craftsmanship.
Cabinet floor setting uneven, light fixture crooked.
Overhead microwave unevenly re-installed.
Chipped Kohler white enamel sink during installation.
Flooring ruined/very badly scratched.
Splasback tile uneven.
Sprayer hose under sink incorrectly re-installed.
Job took much longer than quoted.
No final walk-thru inspection.
