The insulation was installed professionally and at a reasonable price however when the Energy Right inspector looked at the work, he found one aspect that needed additional work. CFI promptly performed the added work as requested.

Overall, it was a good job.  They were here a full day doing it.  They were friendly, but it was a little pricey.

We did extensive remodeling and need to insulate the attic and fix a few areas that were not insulated properly. I put a request in through Angies List and had a call the next day. The person doing the estimate was prompt and made some recommendations that were less costly that what we have originally envisioned. An e-mail estimate arrived before the end of the day. I sent a note back the next day and the work was scheduled for today. In the past insulation contractor have been historically messy but not today. FIrst they showed up with in the window of time that was quoted, the workmen were neat and courteous. When they were done the house was clean, screen replaced and everything replaced. What a truly great experience.

I used them about a month ago and it costed me about $800. We had a bout 12-14 inches of insulation placed into the attic. They were quick, they came in, they cleaned up everything, they didn't leave any mess, they swept everything up and there was not a trace of their visit. They also put markers up in the attic so we knew how much insulation they blew in.

I got a quick response to my request for an estimate. I liked the estimate and we agreed to a date to install the insulation. The first time the worker didn't think that the hose would reach the window to put it in the attic. It was also very rainy. The owner came back and scouted the house better. We agreed to go in through the front door. We made an appointment for the next Saturday morning. I told them that I had somewhere to be in the morning and to do my house first. That communication went awry and I was late for my obligation that day because I was put down for the second house. They apologized.

New home construction. Chris ( Sales ) is excellent and always communicates and follows up. The work was done in stages by three different crews and each crew did an excellent job. Very professional and prompt. I found this company to be excellent.

Arrived promptly on the arranged date and immediately began work. They finished in less than one day except for a small piece of plastic ground cover ( not part of the contract but they replaced it because it needed to be replaced).

They first came and gave me a precise quote. I accepted the quote and several days later they returned to do the work. They were professional and did a good job. The price was reasonable. I was satisfied with the work.

When two guys came on time, they sprayed foam into the walls on the outside where there is vinyl, then had to do the front on the inside of my home since it is an all brick front. As they were doing the inside one of the workers told me that I was reponsible for clean up and

spackling the holes as they do not do that; however, did leave me some styrofoam rounds the size of the drill they used. *Note: As for what I said above that the price was reasonable, it really was not. CFI did spray foam into the the cavities between the studs; however, I told the salesman I wanted an attic staircase kit put in my hallway and the existing hole closed in. All of this did not turn out right at all. The salesman did not tell me they do not install access staircase kits, and certainly did not tell me I would be responsible for patching the holes in the wall. For what was done the cost should have been 3 to 5 hundred dollars cheaper.

The only problem I had was they were supposed to arrive at 8-9AM and complete job in a day. Arrived around 1pm and had to return a second day.

3 separate jobs: 1) Insulated attic with fiberglass: did more than the minimum - very good! 2) Insulated cinder-blocks with block foam: very professional, and well done. 3) Insulated basement rim joist with spray foam: first time was insufficient, uneven application. I called to have iot fixed, and the supervisor readily came back and finished the job himself, doing more than required, so that I have extra insulation there as well now. I was surprised that the first time they insulated the rim joist, they left without saying goodbye. I find that very unprofessional, but also just rude. Besides that, the only problem was punctuality: they rescheduled and/or were late and/or had trouble accessing my driveway 2 or 3 times. But the price and final insulation value was unbeatable.
