"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"Made appointment on Friday 10-7-13. Got estimate a basis of charges at that time. Appointment scheduled for 10-7-13 for 1:00 pm. About 12:30 provider called and said he would be here within the hour, and 20 minutes later he was. Went to work right away on replacing toilet tank innards. Had to purchase some parts on two occasions for unexpected circumstances. Worked pleasantly and quickly. Very focused. Very skillful. Very communicative about what problems were and options and recommended solutions. Cleaned up after project. Also replaced three peices of siding quickly and apparently well, and anchored a small window. Smooth operation all the way, even after encountering unexpected problems with floor pipe on toilet issue. Provider very courteous and knowledgeable. May be the first time in 71 years I have had as pleasant a "repair" experience.
