The spindals and some deck boards has majors gaps at miters big enough to stick finger in. Loose rails and very poor work . Never did get the gates installed I was promised and they were very cheap looking. Just not happy with rails and gates at all. "

Prior to the sale he was attentive, answered phone calls, returned text messages to continue to display customer service and finalize everything to ensure he got paid. Since then it has been voicemails, no returned calls or text message. When I call the office it goes straight to voicemail (assuming they see my name on the caller id). In less than a years time, half the windows they contracted out will not lock when closed, as well the original issue is still not fixed. Only have I received a text from him when was when I explained I was texting him to further document his lack of response to me reaching out to him. Great lip service at the beginning with a lack luster follow up. I just want the issue that was explained to me that would be fixed. To be fixed."
