This was a warranty repair. There was a tiny bubble in the glass of one wiindow of the fourteen that I have had installed. The service was no hassel and the replacement was perfect. The windows are the best quality I have seen and they made a big difference in the comfort level inside and lower heating bills. If I need windows in the future I would use them again I would recommend them and their product to anyone that was interested. Everyone that has worked on my windows was personable and competent.

Anthony and Caleb were wonderful! They went through every window and thoroughly examined and measured. They spent a lot of time on their explanation and made sure we knew exactly what each window was going to be and how it operated. They were friendly and professional.

Chad Dobbins did a great job with the consultation. He brought up structural review when taking out the old windows. Brad did a thorough job with the final measurement meeting, working around our boxes since we’re still moving in. He was wonderful and humorous.

My Mother, (who is nearing 80) wanted to get a new door for her small house. She contacted Renewal by Anderson last March, by April they came and measured and took $7000.00 as payment. RBA told her they would have it ready by, "August" the latest. August was almost over and she hadn't heard a peep from them. After contacting them and some mild run around she was informed that it wouldn't be until November until they could get to her with a new door. What Gall! She asked for her money back, which she got back and a mild apology, but the Full on Inconvenience and Incompetence that Renewal by Anderson did to her is Unforgivable. I hope anyone reading this and is contemplating using their service reconsiders their decision to do business with RBA.

It went great! Only one person came to install and that made it a long day. Wasn’t a problem for us but the installer was so tired I became concerned for him. The windows are beautiful and I can’t wait to get the rest down.

They are pricey. The responsiveness to the original sale was good. There was a further delay in the windows that caused some problems. .I was trying to get an energy credit. You had to have the windows installed by a certain date. In the beginning, they were going to get them by then. Then we almost didn't. I would not use them again because of price and after the sale problems.

RBA was able to work around our busy schedule and installed the two windows on a Saturday. Installers arrived about 30 minutes late, but were very professional and relatively quick to remove/install the two windows. Both technicians smelled heavily of smoke and this permeated our two rooms during the install. Installers also slightly damaged two areas of our home...appears they dropped something (old window) on our wood floor causing a couple of scrapes, and scrapped a cabinet door installing the new window. Other than that, the installation went well and was finished after about 4 hours. New windows are of very good quality and reduced the noise level by about 20%...as measured before and after install. Windows are pricey, but for what we were seeking to accomplish with replacing the windows (reduce sound), they are worth the price.
