"We used U.S. Pest for two years for quarterly pest control.  The first year and a half went fine, but then the quality of service began to decline.  We were assigned a new technician who was very difficult with scheduling.  He would call at the last minute to reschedule, or would simply show up at a time we had not agreed upon.  We cancelled our contract and went with another provider.  Apparently their customer service issues are ongoing.  This week I called for a quote on a one time treatment for one of my investment properties.  The woman who answered the phone said she couldn't provide that information, and took my contact info for someone to call me back.  It's been four days and I have yet to hear from them.
