U.S. Pest Protection

I did not have a good first or second impression with them. I called to schedule a home inspection and did so. I confirmed and took off work to ensure I was there for the inspection. I never received I call or text saying they would not be making it out to the house. Two days later Sarah called and apologized and promised to make things right. Scheduled a second time against my better judgment. This time I even confirmed with Tyler that he would be out at my house at 10am the next day. By 1130am that following day I never received a call or text saying he was running late or anything for that matter. I decided to get on with my day and went to meet friends for lunch. Shortly after leaving he showed up on my cameras and texted me he was there. I let him know I would be going with any other company but them.

They service went very well, they always come when they said they would, they were always on time and always does a great job.

I gave them a bad review a couple years ago because the service was so bad, but they seem to have gotten their act together and the products/services are really excellent. They are still doing my yearly inspection. Their scheduling is a bit haphazard but it seems to be a small business and they get it done eventually.

Mr.Troy Conrnelius is our representative. He does an excellent job and is very trust worthy. Just recently our church has hired U.S.Pest Control and Troy is the service representative and again we have no issues.

We used U.S. Pest for two years for quarterly pest control.  The first year and a half went fine, but then the quality of service began to decline.  We were assigned a new technician who was very difficult with scheduling.  He would call at the last minute to reschedule, or would simply show up at a time we had not agreed upon.  We cancelled our contract and went with another provider.  Apparently their customer service issues are ongoing.  This week I called for a quote on a one time treatment for one of my investment properties.  The woman who answered the phone said she couldn't provide that information, and took my contact info for someone to call me back.  It's been four days and I have yet to hear from them.

Three times in a row, I have scheduled an inspection and they failed to show without contacting me and only responding when I called them. Most of these calls were handled by someone who was borderline rude, certainly not polite or helpful. In the past, I had termite treatment done and the warranty for that depends on annual inspects. In past years, they sent me a date (no time) on which they will do the inspection without inquiring if I want to be home to let them in. This year, I asked them: if I am home, will they also inspect inside such as the basement? The reception did not answer the question but cut me off to ask what date I wanted to schedule. She gave me a 2 hour window (9-11) on a Thursday and I took off work but they did not show. I started calling at 10:25 to let them know that I would have to go back to work by 11:30, so they really needed to come in the stated window. I called twice more with no information on when anyone would be here and finally at 11 they told me they would not be coming. They rescheduled me for Saturday and again did not show. When I call the manager, he apologized, said he would find out what went wrong and he eventually rescheduled me for today (Friday). I took off work and again they did not show in the two hour window that they gave me. Another call to the manager and he said he is sending someone right now,here in 30 minutes, so at least 45 minutes late. Now I am waiting. I am afraid that if I cancel their service, they won't honor their warranty, but I will be digging out that warranty and checking. So think twice about working with this company.

Very good, my husband had passed the month before this and the young men was very helpful in answering all my (silly) questions.

The work was not done to my satisfaction. They said they did the work but we did not see any results.

First, the two representives were very professional.  They inspected my home and determined the possible entry for the mice to enter my home.  They then placed baits thru out my home and in the crawlspace.  They also took the time to advise me on when I can expect the problem to be solved and other services they offered.  They actually sent me a "thank you" note for choosing their service.
Thanks so much Angie's List for the invaluable service you provide so that I can feel confident that any company I select from the list will provide the service and will not try to rip me off.

I have been using them for 30 years. They used to be A1 pest control. They are very helpful. The only problem I had was when A1 was consoldated and purchased by US PEST PROTECTION INC and they were having difficulty putting the two companies together with their files. Other than that they are right on top of it. Their technicians are very nice, knowledgeable and put booties on their feet so they don't mess up your house. This is very respectful. They are good.

I've been using them for years they do my termite and pest control for me. They come out every other month. Overall they are good. I will continue to use them.

I like the fact that it is all natural products they use to control bugs, insects, etc. They are prompt and very responsive.

They were good. They send out a letter every year to remind you that it's time and to schedule an appointment. You schedule at a time that's convenient for you. They come out and complete the inspection.
