Brett came out to help with our ant problem, he arrived early and called us ahead of time (awesome) and explained where they were getting in and he treated them thoroughly. Great experience and highly recommend this company. All free of charge because of our quarterly service agreement! They stand behind their guarantee!

We still have mice. They didn't fix, or even tell us about holes in the wall and cracks they were paid to fix.

The main reason I hired this company was to get rid of wasps nests. I worked with Diana to set up this service, which was part of a birthday surprise for my son. She went above and beyond to set up the technicians going to my son's home before his birthday. Once the technician's arrived at my son's home they were very personable and professional. The areas treated were the "Bar Area Shed", as well as the outside and inside of their home. I would highly recommend using this company.

I've been using Homeshield for a few years now and the dividends keep piling up. I am SO glad I hired this company. We first called because of ants...gone after a SINGLE treatment. We saw a few mice...gone within 2 visits. Had a nasty house guest and started seeing roaches...gone after 2 visits. Their flea/tick treatment works so good that we have put ZERO flea meds on our pets this year!!!!! They also treat our home for termites, which added about 40-50% to my bill, but after seeing possible termite signs, no way I'm fretting over that $35/quarter. Plus, whatever they're doing must be killing grubs and other stuff too, because we no longer see moles anymore, but the neighbors still do. This bunch is thorough and do an amazing job. Best customer service I've ever had too. Worth every penny.

Michael was friendly, helpful, and patient. He went above and beyond to access the crawlspace that painters had recently painted shut. I felt he did a thorough inspection and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated his information and he gave it in a way that didn't make me feel like I was pressured to purchase a prevention package. Because of his attitude and delivery, I'm much more likely to make the investment!

They visited our house twice & ants were still active after each visit. The company never returned my last phone message. I booked a different exterminator through Angieslist last year & he did a really thorough job. I’ll be digging around for his phone number SOON!

Excellent! The staff is amazing starting with Anita (at the office who signed us up after answering a gazillion questions for me) to Shawn (who did our initial and termite treatment... & answered even more questions for me) to Ambroise (our route manager who is always pleasant & helpful & eager to remedy any critter issues we're seeing) to Ambroise's manager (name?) who's come over to checkout questionable noises in our attic/gutters. They are professional, nice, timely & effective all the way around. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pest control & honestly wish that all companies we deal with operated more like this company. Total A+ rating!

The job went flawlessly. We live near a creek and every year have so many mosquitos that we can't enjoy our back yard. The workers that came to the house were very courteous and professional. The monthly treatments completely did away with the mosquitos and we will continue to use HomeShield.
