"Signed up for quarterly pest control service. Have received good service as promised."

"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"I had 3 raccoons in my attic. The pros from Sleigh not only humanely removed them but also sealed my house so no more critters can come back. I highly recommend."

"Great customer service. The service provider who treats my house is the Best! He is very professional and does more than asked or expected."

"We used U.S. Pest for two years for quarterly pest control.  The first year and a half went fine, but then the quality of service began to decline.  We were assigned a new technician who was very difficult with scheduling.  He would call at the last minute to reschedule, or would simply show up at a time we had not agreed upon.  We cancelled our contract and went with another provider.  Apparently their customer service issues are ongoing.  This week I called for a quote on a one time treatment for one of my investment properties.  The woman who answered the phone said she couldn't provide that information, and took my contact info for someone to call me back.  It's been four days and I have yet to hear from them.
