Almost all installers are independent roof crews hired by roofers to do the work but you never see the salesperson out there after you signed the contract. Nope, they hire the roof crew as a sub and keep a fat profit, not visiting the site again until time to pick up the insurance check. Not so with Precision. Why even after the install, due to an engine oil leak in the street from one of the roofers on install day, Denise and a roofer came out with stiff brushes and dawn dish soap and scrubbed a stain away on the asphalt. A few days between Day #1 and Day #2 weren't looking feasible to work because of projected rain, and if memory serves (this was about six months ago), he texted me to let me know he would need to push finishing the job (Day #2) back a few days due to the weather.
