"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. "I was consistently talked off a cliff, not trusting my own choices or judgment. A 20' tall wall in an amazing shade of avocado (my choice of color) turning a blah staircase into a beautiful backdrop for a wall-hangings and artwork. Sherry staged the combination and configuration using favorite pieces from our personal possessions and add-ons. Moving furniture to a more usable and esthetic look with accessorizing tied rooms together. Adding textured wallpaper to carry the theme from the dining room to the rest of the home and again, a backdrop for a favorite piece of artwork. Pretty much, tell Sherry what you are looking for and then get out of her way. She gives undeserved patience."
