"Very knowledgeable, creative, informative. I especially love that she views home overall and repurposes items you have, rather than purchasing a lot of new organizers. We have had 3 rooms,2 closets, and a large finished garage done so far. We have only purchased 2 low-cost shelf organizers under the kitchen island. She is so enthusiastic, full of ideas and guidance. She makes certain you feel comfortable about decluttering--and works with you on design. I am new to a wheelchair and the initial priority was room to roll around. But the transformation is just awesome!! You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called.
