"Terry Rankin, the Operations Manager showed up within two hours of me making a request on Angi's. He showed up when he said he would and was very prepared. He went above and beyond. He cleaned every area he worked in and left the areas better than when he started. I couldn't be happier with Ducts work, service, and professionalism. I will be using them on an annual basis. Terry runs the company the way a company should be ran. I would recommend Ducts 100% to any of my friends or family. Excellent service!!!!!!!!!"

"Jim was very professional, he looked over the whole job and made recommendations after he tried to fix the original issue and the next day had the same problem. Our issue was more do to initial build being substandard nd he fixed the issue with a reasonable cost. No further issues with our system. I will hire him again without question."
