Slowly. This is an unusual project for the South, and they lacked expertise. But they persisted and in the end did a good job at the agreed price.

Very professional and was my best experience I’ve ever had with feeling like an skilled heating and air tech helped me understand in layman’s terms what was going on with my unit, as well as what choices I could make. I ended up calling for advice on a dehumidifier and wasn’t charged. That type of service is rare!

Daniel was incredibly responsive and able to come take a look at the unit despite it being a late call. We called seven different companies before we found HVAC Rescue's number. We should have called them first. Daniel went right out to the property. Once they figured out the part they needed, they fixed it in no time at all. The system is up and running great. HVAC rescue will be our first call from now on. Strongly recommend!

I couln't be happier or more impressed. Daniel was great with his communication, punctuality, respectfulness, knowledge of my unit, and fair pricing. He fixed my problem in less than 45 minutes. My house hasn't been this cold since 2014! He will be returning in the fall to replace this 34-year-old heat pump just in time for crisp fall temperatures. He definitely rescued my old, worn-out unit and I am living the dream with cold air again! Do yourself a favor and call him.

Everything was perfect! They ended up running into a couple hiccups with the job, and were more than happy to stay and finish it out regardless. Very friendly too :)

Without a doubt the nicest and most professional HVAC company I have ever dealt with. They were called out to work on the HVAC system at our Christian high school. They went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly and to save us money. They explained what the problems were, what the proposed solution was and communicated clearly with us through the entire process. Our HVAC system is really old and we did not know if he could fix it... but HE DID... You should have no worries or concerns calling this company. They are the only ones we will call.
