Excellent work and service! We had several complicated projects, including replacing an old failed roof on our carport (which required figuring out a complicated drainage problem), total remodel of an old apartment into a beautiful guest suite (including installation of an HVAC system), installation of windows and doors, rebuilding a deck with a pergola and installation of siding for our older home with numerous odd angles. Kevin handled them all beautifully. He was fair, hardworking, honest and smart. Numerous unusual problems came up, but he figured out ways to handle all of them. Highly recommended him

We had a Carrier system for over 21 years that gave super service then it started showing signs of age, threrfore, we started looking for a new Carrier system. We chose to stick with this brand based on our experience! We contacted Ted Fugunt Heat & Air, after reading the reviews regarding their superior customer service. Since the company is the authorized dealer of Carrier in our area, we had an added comfort of their technical ability as a good installer. Blake, the installation tech, came earlier to check the old system and recommended the unit that would best fit our desired needs. Price: We had taken 3 estimates of the same unit and this company gave us the Best value. The system installed is very quiet, and providing us relief from this scorching heat. Punctuality: Blake and Jeff arrived the day when the temperature was extremely Hot! Earlier, Blake told me that despite the extreme heat their main concern is to bring relief to their customers, therefore, they would come on the scheduled day and install the system as quickly as possible – the statement itself says a lot about their Professionalism as a customer oriented company. Customer Service: Blake and Jeff were very Professional, Polite, Personable, and Knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and concerns and gave us tips on how to operate the thermostat efficiently. We would highly recommend the company to our friends

Service man was friendly and courteous. Made a thorough inspection and cleaning of my units. They also make emergency calls. Last summer, on a very hot day, one of my units quit. "Coolray has always had a solid reputation in Metro Atlanta. I've lived in this house for 19 years and the existing AC unit is at least 29 years old. Each year the Coolray service techs tell me they would love to sell me a new 3-ton AC Unit...but since my current outside unit is still working there is no reason to mess with a good thing. Of course, this system uses freon and you can't legally buy it anymore, you just can't find a more honest service company than Coolray.
They did install a new Trane furnace 10 years ago during the winter when the older one died, but it was a great deal and an incredibly smooth installation. I would suggest Coolray to anyone who needs an honest service company that you can trust will get the job done right the first time.

"Charles and his team did an outstanding job. Very professional and courteous. Removed old a/c unit/gas furnace and replaced with a new 4 ton Bryant. Arrived on time, completed the task with no issues and very detail oriented. They installed a new wi-fi thermostat and even replaced the thermostat on my second older unit. After a couple of weeks after the job was complete, I asked Charles to come back to adjust my fan speed to decrease the noise, which he promptly did -- Great customer service! His pricing was very competitive as well. Highly recommend.

"After getting stood up by another HVAC company, and waiting all day for them to show up, i decided i needed to find someone else to help. I found their add in our local Mint Magazine. I called and immediately talked to a gentleman named Mike. I explained to him my problem and what needed to be done. He quoted me a price over the phone of $39 for the service call, and $150 for the replacement labor (the part is covered under my warranty), but said that he would need to come by and check it out to make sure that my original diagnosis is correct. He came by that same day. My wife, who was doing the waiting at home, spoke with him and he confirmed that the blower did indeed need to be replaced. He contacted Carrier to get the replacement, but they didn't have one in stock. They ordered the part for him and said it should be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday (10/15-10/16). Sure enough, Tuesday afternoon i get a call from the company letting me know that the part was in. We scheduled for Mike to come back the next morning (today/10/16) at 8am. He called me at 7:45 to let me know he would be there at 8. He showed up at 7:58, part in hand. We flipped the breaker off, he replaced the part, flipped the breaker back on, everything running 100% again. Great guy, well mannered, casual, and friendly. Answered all of my questions. I would definitely work with these guys again if the need ever arises.
