We had an issue with a leak in our AC unit. Shane was very approachable and understood we didn’t want to buy a new system, that we wanted to get what we could out of it as long as we could. Shane told us that it was a common problem with old AC units and he rigged up a simple device to stop the water from overflowing into our floor. It was a very common sense approach to a normal problem and Shane listened to me and fixed it rather than pushing me to upgrade. He will be my first call when I do replace it!

Excellent attention to detail and great customer service! Shane came right out, same day service, and was so thorough with his explanation of what was happening with our AC. He took pictures of before and after maintenance as well, and we were so happy with it! Highly recommend!
