I have had an issue for nearing 6 months that Reece in text explained was getting covered under warranty and would let me know when parts would arrive. Prior to the sale he was attentive, answered phone calls, returned text messages to continue to display customer service and finalize everything to ensure he got paid. Since then it has been voicemails, no returned calls or text message. When I call the office it goes straight to voicemail (assuming they see my name on the caller id). In less than a years time, half the windows they contracted out will not lock when closed, as well the original issue is still not fixed. Only have I received a text from him when was when I explained I was texting him to further document his lack of response to me reaching out to him. Great lip service at the beginning with a lack luster follow up. I just want the issue that was explained to me that would be fixed. To be fixed."

You might need to loosen a set screw to get this off, but others just pry off. Once you pull it off, release the lever underneath, and your knob and mounting plate should come fully off, revealing the mounting bolts. Tighten these before reassembling.
