"As good an experience as I could've asked for. There was a big thunderstorm and I noticed a leak on Sunday night. The forecast called for rain all week. I called Monday morning and a guy came out that afternoon and filled the whole with silicon a couple hours later. The next day, the crew came and fixed the hole. I didn't even have to be there for the second time--paid via credit card over the phone."
