Curt and team were amazing! My garage door came out of truck and we couldn’t get the door down. It looked terrible and was far outside the scope of my expertise. I called Curt after hours and he was there pronto! We agreed upon a fair price and he had me back in action much faster than anticipated! Curt certainly saved the day!!

My experience was very positive considering I was requesting emergency service after hours on a Sunday evening. I would highly recommend Music City Garage Doors. Around 8:30 pm on a Sunday evening, I submitted an Angie's List form requesting a list of companies to assist with emergency garage door repair. Within 1 minute, I received a call from Music City Garage Doors and I was able to ask questions about their service and the time they would be able to complete the repair on Sunday night. I confirmed the service required and they advised they would call me about 30 minutes before they would arrive. I received a call prior to their arrival as promised. They were able to repair the broken garage door and approached the repair in a consultative manner. Very informed, knowledgeable, and professional.

He ended up charging me more than what he quoted me over the phone. Over the phone he quoted me $95. When he got there he put another screw in a different location. I should have maybe held him to it but he charged me $125 instead of $95. He did show up, a coupled of guys did not show up. This was an old style garage door. It was a whole door rather than the sectional one. He told me its hard to find parts for that thing but he would keep up with me. I would give him credit. I did have to keep up with him but he found the part and put it in for me. He did show up. I am happy the job got taken care of and it was a little more expensive than I thought it was going to be. He charged a little bit more than I thought he needed to. I would use him again.
