Jason & his team did a great job. Love my new sunroom. It replaced an existing screened in porch that was falling apart. Looks like it's always been there. Super happy with it.

I’ve been trying to get this resolved since the 1st week of January 2018. They botched a sunroom roof repair and water was pouring out of the seams and ceiling fan. They were very elusive when trying to contact them and they finally sent someone out in April to repair their mistake. They have yet to respond to getting the damage repaired in the room... the subfloor is rotting and the whole room is covered in mold. Do NOT use this company!!!

I had to have a window replaced where someone shot it with a BB gun. It was a double pane window. They cleaned it up causing it to split or travel. On the price, I know windows are pricey. They were very professional. They understood my needs. They were very efficient in scheduling and replacing.

They did it in one day and they still work great. My husband went out to see if they worked and they still do. Every fall it is lovely not to have the gutter over flowing with water.

My sister who is very picky has an old house used them by replacing them one at a time. They were punctual and courteous with us as with our sister. They stand behind their product and have never told us anything that was untrue. They were no surprises. We had a problem with one window becoming cloudy, they came out and replaced the window at no cost to us. They came when they said they were going to and did what they said they would do.

It went fine. The quality was excellent. Their responsiveness to me was excellent. They were on time. Their professionalism was excellent. I am getting ready to call them again. My first impression was they are all just excellent. I didn't have a problem with any of them.

Mostly fine. But lots of delays. After 18 months one large sunroom window seal was broken. Took them 4 months to come back with replacement window. Have heard that they are now under 100% new ownership and ALL new employees. New employees seem to be dedicated to change the bad feelings from lack of professionalism of the workers. I would maybe try to use them again if I needed to. But we don't need another sunroom and I don't need new windows, so I would like to think this new team will be dedicated to being there for the long haul and if I have any other issues with sunroom windows that it won't take 4 months for a replacement next time. New team does seem to want to turn around some bad feelings of the past. We do love the sunroom. It is beautiful.

It didn't. Around April 25 we had a salesman from Champion come to the house. We chose siding for the entire house and 3 Windows to be replaced. After the salesman left, we noticed their website had a promotion 'Buy two, get one free.' I called the salesman and left a voicemail. He never returned my call. On May 2nd a Champion employee came out to re-measure the house. While he was there I mentioned to him the promotion I had seen. He said he would have somebody get back with me. A Week later I called the office and spoke to someone and shared with them my question about the promotion and she said she would have a project manager get back with me. I waited a couple weeks, and still not hearing anything, I tried calling again. When I called I got a voicemail. And I left another message. Now I was beginning to get a little suspicious. On make 25th I begin to do a little research. I began to find reviews Which gave them a very low score. I then checked out the BBB and although they gave them an A+ Rating, they acknowledged a pattern of customer complaint issues ([*** Link removed ***] I then called the office again and got another answering machine (on the morning of May 25) and left a message telling them they had until the end of business day to give me a call or that I was going to start the process of stopping payment. I called the salesman and left the same message on his phone. I also wrote the corporate office via email and left them the same message. Having heard nothing at 5 PM I called my credit card company and placed the amount that I had paid in dispute. To this day, July 12, I have heard nothing from them. My credit card company has worked with me and all charges have been reversed. Take the good Lord I did not pay with a check! If you're reading this, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. To be honest I'm a little gun shy about proceeding in letting someone else do all this work. This whole process has left me waiting two months to make sure I received my funds back. To be sure, I will completely vet whoever I let do this work in the future.

Built a sun-room and concrete patio. They said it would take 14 days. Its been since December and project not finished. They promised to fix the patio and they sent someone out two weeks ago. The gentleman said that he was going to contact the office and contact me in a few days. His name was Chris. I did not hear back and contacted Champion. I asked for his name an email. They then stated that he does not work here anymore and he had quit after 11 days. I sent an email to about 6 people today and no one took ownership of the issue.

A very kind gentleman came out and measured every window. 4 months later, I called to ask about the order. They claimed that they had tried to get in touch with us, but didn't get a reply so the windows were sent back. They never tried to get in touch with us, the windows were never ordered. When the first order arrived, it wasn't complete. The same kind gentleman installed the ones he had and said he would have the rest reordered. I called a month later and the windows were there, they just hadn't called to set install date. Second install, the order was still incomplete. Third install, still incomplete. The fourth install, in MARCH 2016 had the remaining Windows but one broke as they were installing it. It was reordered and they came out to install it 3 months later. That one also broke while they were trying to install it. It is now SEPTEMBER 2016 and I still have a broken window waiting to be installed. I spoke to the office manager 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard back from them. I am hoping they can finish this job before we hit 2 YEARS of waiting for the order to be completed.

These are big windows that we had. We had the old picture window taken out and the big bay window put in, another big bay type window and then one regular window. The bay window was a big honking job. We've always been exceedingly happy with it, there is no air leaks, no anything. It's just a great window. I don't have anything to pick on them about. I wish I did, but I don't. We've recommended them to other people.

They're a great company to work with. We've had all of our windows done with Champion and couldn't be happier. We did the windows, sort of in pieces, they're expensive. We did the windows in like three or four increments, probably starting 15 years ago. We've had the windows for several years. Based on our dealings with the company, we spent more, to have this door put on. The old wooden door was sort of falling apart according to my husband. We've never had a problem with anything to do with Champion. They do what they say they're going to do, when they say they're going to do it. They appear to have people who know what the heck they're doing, when they come out to the house. So, you pay more to begin with, but then you don't have any problems on the back end. One of my sisters went to a window company and her experience was not nearly what mine was. We also had gutter guards put on through Champion. If we had any other need for them, we would use them again. They are pricey. I wish they weren't, but sometimes you have to pay more to get the best. We did have one window cloud over and called Champion. They came out, they said, "Oops, oh, that's not good, but Argon gas is gone." Because the windows are made for your house, they have to then contact the factory in Indiana or wherever they were made, in America and it takes about six weeks, but there was no quibbling about it. They have never let us down.

The service was fine. The price was fair.

The guys who did the work were nice and completed the work quickly.  The product itself is great and top-knotch. What I was dissatisfied with was the mismeasurent of the floor that didn't match the existing outdoor porch.  They weren't able to fix this to our satisfaction.  I am eventually going to have to pull the carpeting up and put another floor down to bring it up to that level.

They did wonderful.  They are very prompt, and very professional, they knew the job, and they cleaned up after they completed the job. My interactions with them was good, and the work turned out wonderful. I would use them again if I needed anything else done.

The windows were good. The work went quite well.

Ordered window approximately 7/26/14 with a promise date of 4 to 6 weeks. Did not fulfill that promise, provided flimsy excuses. Regional manager refused to talk with us, had the supervisor call us. All we wanted was someone to be truthful with us and followup on issues. The actual install was great and we love the window. This is not our first time to use Champion, they built our sunroom and replaced all of our windows. We won't be using then again, nor will we recommend them . For any future needs, we will use American Home Design. All it would have really taken for this whole thing to have turned out differently, would have been honesty and respect for us as the customer.

They're very professional. They was able to give us a bunch of history on the company which was very reassuring. They sent people out on two different occasions to measure to make sure everything was correct. I thought the cost was just a little high but not for sure if it was just because the area where we live is a more rural area. I think there is a minimum amount of windows that they will come out to install in a rural area.
