"Edward Perry did an outstanding job remodeling my bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented, making sure every aspect of the project was done right. His craftsmanship is excellent—the tile work is flawless, the fixtures were installed perfectly, and the entire space looks modern and refreshed. He kept the area clean during the process, communicated clearly, and stayed on schedule, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Edward to anyone looking for quality remodeling work."

"The project is incomplete, but so far it’s been perfect"

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"I have a older home, 40s, that had the original windows in it. As with all things, with age comes deterioration. I contacted Dillion from Stefaniak Construction and spoke with him about replacement options and scheduled an inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable with my situation. After his inspection, we decided to replace 9 of the windows in the home. With it being an older home, there were a few obstacles for him and he handled them in a quick and proficient manner. I am extremely pleased with the final results and his professionalism. I would recommend Stefaniak Construction 10/10."

"He was very accurate in his timeline, and stayed on budget. Nice guy that does an amazing job!"

"Cody remodeled my kitchen and built me a cover back porch. He was very reasonably priced, professional, and prompt. He was very upfront with the cost and always kept me in the loop. Will definitely use him again."
