knowledgeable and very thorough in his inspection.  He explained everything

to us and answered all of our question, which we had many.  At the end of

"I called on a Friday and he was able to come that Monday. He is very straight forward and honest. He took the time to explain things and how to prevent it in the future. Our tank was located under a deck so there was extra work involved for which he did not charge for. I was very impressed with the hard work put forth and he drained not only the wastewater but the sludge.
