"Overly expensive charges for replacing our water heater and water pressure regulator. Two weeks after installation my basement was flooded again and the water heater installed was the cause. When called out to fix the problem the tech flooded my basement again on the repair. The installer and assistant were nice people and he was the plumber who came to repair it. The owner is a good guy whom I had used once prior on a small job and I really liked him. I was not pleased with his demeanor this time on the first installation or the text showing him pictures of the rupture. I would not have written this if I didn?t know the cost to him of the replacement water heater compared to what we paid. It was WAY over on the labor which much of was waiting for parts not on their truck. That?s not the customer?s fault."

"Jeremy was the only Plumber that contacted me directly from Angie's list. He called me after hours and scheduled coming out to clear the clog around 12 hours later. He came out and was very professional and quick to repair the clog. You get better service than the big guys with less cost. I highly recommend him and will use him again in the future. "I had Ameri-Dry Waterproofing come to my house to inspect a water problem we

were having in our basement.  We found the inspector, Barry, to be very

knowledgeable and very thorough in his inspection.  He explained everything

to us and answered all of our question, which we had many.  At the end of

the inspection we all sat down and went over our goals and expectations.  We settled on the

Ameri-Dry drain system and found the price to be fair.  The full warranty

was the clincher for us.  They installed the system in less than a week and

I must say the men were very courteous.  They worked very hard and finished

the job in under four days.  The foreman, Barry, ran his crew very efficiently.

Everyone had their job and they performed them to my full satisfaction.

Even though we had dust they cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend Ameri-Dry

and would hire them again if I ever had the need.
