He adjusted the settings and said the unit was working like a champ. In this day and time it is rare to have someone not give you a long story of what they found and how much it was going to take to correct. He adjusted the settings and said the unit was working like a champ. In this day and time it is rare to have someone not give you a long story of what they found and how much it was going to take to correct. Having someone be 100% honest and fix your situation without charging you a dime is very rare. I'm a fan of this company and will use them again, for sure."

"I am very disappointed with The Foundation Specialist. Their price quote was more than double that of a competitor, which raised concerns from the start. I canceled the contract within the 72-hour period as allowed under the Federal cooling-off rule, yet more than 10 days later they have failed to refund my $5,500 deposit. I have called multiple times and was repeatedly told that the sales manager would contact me, but no one has followed up. This lack of professionalism and failure to honor a lawful cancellation is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone."
