I have called multiple times and was repeatedly told that the sales manager would contact me, but no one has followed up. This lack of professionalism and failure to honor a lawful cancellation is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone."

One of the best base materials for a floating deck is a layer of gravel or compacted paver base to promote drainage and stability.
