I really like the quality of the windows. Each time the installers did a good job and cleaned up well. They did exactly what they said they would do and we are pleased with the service.
I had a bad experience with them. They sent someone who had never handled a screen door, and they were to install two screen doors. They ended up having to purchase at their expense two more screen doors. They installed it, but I still did not like their job.
Kevin came reviewed the problem and returned the next day and did the repair. Great job for reasonable price and I will use Kevin again.

The excuse was ?we didn?t realize we had to have a permit?. Didn?t pull / request electrical permit/inspection until I requested it from them. Still in process. Didn?t follow code, had to look up TN code myself and ask to redo porch railings. Did not want to fix anything that was done incorrectly. Would make excuses and point blame. What they did do? Showed up late, left early Made excuses for delays- so many excuses were used- we joke about which one it will be each time. Ruined our gutters, pieces of brand new siding. Asked for money before the job was completed"
