The excuse was ?we didn?t realize we had to have a permit?. Didn?t pull / request electrical permit/inspection until I requested it from them. Still in process. Didn?t follow code, had to look up TN code myself and ask to redo porch railings. Did not want to fix anything that was done incorrectly. Would make excuses and point blame. What they did do? Showed up late, left early Made excuses for delays- so many excuses were used- we joke about which one it will be each time. Ruined our gutters, pieces of brand new siding. Asked for money before the job was completed"

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

No contact received, so I called back 2/2/21, was told they couldn't change the schedule, so I cancelled the service and was informed I'd be charged a 10% cancellation fee even though they missed their own estimated timeline. Definitely won't go anywhere near this "service" again. Out 10% and wasted a month for absolutely nothing."
