The project went well. They were able do the job shortly after meeting and wrapped up the project quickly. Everything looks great!

After the last storm and high winds we noticed several shingles lying in our yard and a water spot on our bedroom ceiling. I checked the reviews on several different sites on several roofing businesses. I contacted Mountain View Exteriors, based on the reviews I was looking at, and set the appointment for them to come and do an estimate. Brad came at exactly the scheduled time. He was extremely thorough and provided photos of our roof and then explained in detail our options and was honest about the pros and cons of each choice. We scheduled to have the roof done on a Monday but after several days of watching the weather I reached out to Brad and agreed to have it bumped up sooner and he even placed 2 crews on job. The materials were dropped off early in the morning, the crews and dumpster showed up at about 1:00 pm and immediately began to work and did not stop until it was finished at 5:30 pm. Our roof as now up to code and looks fantastic. The crews were polite and efficient. The attention to detail and cleanup was outstanding. I highly recommend Mountain View Exteriors.

From start to finish the level of professionalism was unparalleled. Brad and his crew were a blessing after all the horrible experiences of the past. The roof was done in one day and the gutters and clean up the next. I never imagined it could happen that quickly. I would highly recommend them if anyone had any kind of roofing issues.

We hired Mt. View Exteriors to replace an existing asphalt roof which suffered hail damage at our home in West Knoxville, TN. They were done with the job in a little over a day and one half and did a beautiful job on the removal and installation. Subsequent to the new roof being installed we had a roof vent boot failure which caused a leak into the ceiling of our guest bathroom on the second floor, and upon being notified of this Debbie immediately had one of their men out to inspect all of the roof vents and boots as well as replacing the failed unit. We had strong wind and rain two days later and the leak was completely fixed with no issues whatsoever. We highly recommend this company.

When I read all these great reviews I was suspicious and thought they may be fake. It's unbelievable in this day and age, but these guys actually are that good. Worked with Brad, they came when they said, did a great job, cleaned up like they were never there, and the price at he beginning was the price at the end. Amazing. Everyone was great. Brad the coordinator was always available and helped me with color selection, that's not something I'm good at. The large project, tearing off two roofs and a chimney then putting on the metal roof was done so quickly and professionally. It was done in one day. The roof and new gutters are lovely and add value to my home. Junior helped me understand the logistics oh the project. Can't say enough nice things.

From a very professional meeting with Brad, which gave us all the information and quote that allowed us to make an informed decision, to the foreman and crew that did the actual work, we were very satisfied. The roof looks great and it was done quickly and done well.

I did research on a lot of companies to install a roof on my house and had multiple estimates. Mountain View is the company I went with and I’m so glad I did. They did great work. Had job completed in 1 day. If your going to replace your old roof and your worried about who to hire like I was hire Mountain View.

The quote to do my house and garage including replacing my gutters with a larger size and gutter guard was less than another quote I got for just a roof on my house. The roof was done last July in extreme heat but The crew did an excellent job and cleaned after themselves. Very pleased!

Professional and great job, happy with the results. I would have like to have had communication exactly when they were coming and that it was going to take two days. Had to call in order to get the waste removed, but this may have been a lack on the Junk Be Gone issue.
