"Max and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job! Professional, punctual, attention to detail. These are the qualities you need in a landscaping business to ensure the customer is satisfied. Cleaned up landscaping beds, installed borders with paving stones and added river rocks. My home's landscaping went from trashy to classy in 3 days! Great job Max! We will see you again next year!"

"What a wonderful service and work ethic. Ezequiel scheduled to be here this morning to clean up our backyard from leaves. It had rained overnight and the leaves were wet. I suggested we reschedule but he insisted to come and do the job. It took a little longer than he expected but the yard looks great now. We were so pleased we are having him do our mulch next. We can not say anything more positive about him and the pride he takes doing a quality job. Thank you"

"This contractor did an excellent job replacing a rotted wood beam on my screened porch. After removing the rotted post additional rotting was discovered in the support joists. He and his team made several suggestions as to how to repair. He provided cost estimates for the different options. Once an option was chosen the team went straight to work completing the repairs. The team was very courteous and explained how the repairs were progressing during the different stages."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

If your roof was constructed between 1930 and 1970, there’s a possibility that the shingles contain asbestos. If that’s the case, you should hire a professional for repairs and replacement, as they’ll have the necessary equipment to stay safe from such a hazardous and cancer-causing substance. If your home was constructed after this period, it’s unlikely that the shingles in place are toxic. In most cases, asbestos shingles are not recyclable, while standard asphalt shingles are recyclable.

Hazardous waste is waste that poses a threat to human or environmental health. This generally refers to waste that is flammable, corrosive, toxic, or reactive. To confirm if the waste you need to remove is considered hazardous waste, contact your local hazardous waste facility.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), hazardous waste is generally classified into four main categories:

1. Characteristic Wastes: These exhibit at least one of four hazardous traits: ignitability (flammable, like gasoline), corrosivity (can rust or decompose materials, like car batteries), reactivity (unstable and can explode, like aerosol cans), or toxicity (harmful when ingested, like lead-based paint).

2. Listed Wastes: These are specific wastes from manufacturing and industrial processes that the EPA has officially designated as hazardous. They include byproducts from processes that use solvents, pesticides, and other chemicals.

3. Universal Wastes: These are commonly generated hazardous items that are subject to streamlined regulations. Examples include batteries, pesticides, mercury-containing equipment (e.g., bulbs), and some lamps.

4. Mixed Wastes: This category includes waste that contains both hazardous and radioactive components, making it subject to regulation by both the EPA and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Professionals use appropriate equipment to prevent property damage and ensure efficiency.

Professional lead removal involves identifying and safely removing or encapsulating lead-based paints and materials, using specialized equipment, and following strict safety procedures to minimize exposure and contamination.
