After a year there was a problem with water seeping into the horizontal rails which caused them to sag. John came right out to correct the problem. He drilled â weepâ holes so the water would not collect and weigh down the rails. He also put supports under the rails.

They gave me an estimate & stood by the estimate. But they also repaired a can light that had been installed on my soffit incorrectly and did not charge me extra for that repair. And they are located here locally and veterans.

Hired to replace back door, but then realized he could replace my rotting deck, also. John was very professional. He tore down my original deck and built a composite deck and stairs and then replaced/installed my new back door and trim. I'm so please with the final product. Will be using his services again when needed.

Prompt and professional. Did good work. Replaced some rotting deck boards and trim. Stripped and painted rusted and peeling wrought iron porch stair railings. Didnâ t get other quotes to compare, but the the price seemed fair for the work.
