The second time the technician was very late (which we understand happens) and the treatment was not applied throughtout but like he was in a hurry. The next time they never showed up. My husband again called and asked for a refund of monies paid as he had taken off work twice to be there. The company could never explain why they had not shown up twice nor did they offer any refund. EMAIL CONFORMATION OF THE TUESDAY TIME BETWEEN 8-10 AM. SO WE PAID AN ASSISTANT TO STAY AT OUR PORPERTY TO WAIT ON THE TECHNICIAN. NEVER SHOWED NEVER CALLED TO CANCEL OR SAY THEY WOULD BE LATE . MY HUSBAND CALLED TO CONFIRM AT 8:35. YES THEY ARE COMING HE WAS TOLD. AT 12:30 HE CALLED BACK. AND WAS TOLD THEYHAD US DOWN FOR THE 20TH DAYS FORM ORIGINAL TIME. WE ASKED FOR OUR MONEY BACK AND WAS TOLD BECAUSE 'WE' WERE CANCELLING THERE WOULD BE A 20% CANCELLATION FEE , EVEN THOUGH THEY CANCELLED ON US BY NOT SHOWING UP OR CALLING TO SAY THEY WERE NOT SHOWING UP. I WOULD GIVE THIS NATION WIDE COMPANY A BIG FAT "ZERO" FOR A REVIEW .... NEVER EVER WILL I CALL A NATION WIDE COMPANY AGAIN !! OR THIS COMPANY"

"Was told by companies represntative that we had standing water in crawl space (which we already knew). It was recommended we have crawl space encapsulated to resolve the problem which was done in Mar 2019. Mud was tracked on the bite barrier during installation. It became apparent after projection completion that it would not solve the water issue. Several cuts were made in the barrier in an attempt to drain water from underneath the barrier. Did not work either. Technician we were dealing with was terminated by company during the process. Another technician was assigned to try and fix the problem. He informed us that the water should have been removed and drainage system and sump pump installed prior to encapsulation. Had I known we needed a drainage system I would have contacted companies that specialize in water prevention. Filed complaint with BBB with no result. Company hides behind wording in contract and takes no responsibility for information told to us by their reprentative. Hiring another company to try and fix the problems we still have. I have pics that show the quality of work done."

"The Bed Bug treatment itself was effective. almost 2 months later there are no signs of bed bugs. The problem is that when they did the treatment, one of their technician's stole a firearm from my home. No one at Russell's seems to care. I filed a police report, but there are no witnesses, so not much can be done. And because i signed a piece of paper saying i removed all such items from my house, i have no recourse. It was a mistake that i left it behind, but apparently because i signed a piece of paper, Russell's Pest Control Technicians are free to steal from me? also missing was a cheap necklace. apparently it looked real, so they took that too. Again, no one at Russell's Pest Control seems to care being as they already got their thousands of dollars for the treatment."
