As our customer, you're entitled to as many free re-services as necessary to get the ants, spiders, or anything else gone. People in Tennessee have been dropping their 'made in China companies' in droves for our solid American grit. We do Interior, exterior, Ants, Spiders, Wasps, Ticks, Fleas, Rodents, Aphids, Snails, Centipedes, and a lot more. Everything we use is pet and child friendly.

Our Category 3 certification, Ornamental & Turf, allows us to control pests and diseases of shrubs, trees, lawns, and other turf grasses.

"The Bed Bug treatment itself was effective. almost 2 months later there are no signs of bed bugs. The problem is that when they did the treatment, one of their technician's stole a firearm from my home. No one at Russell's seems to care. I filed a police report, but there are no witnesses, so not much can be done. And because i signed a piece of paper saying i removed all such items from my house, i have no recourse. It was a mistake that i left it behind, but apparently because i signed a piece of paper, Russell's Pest Control Technicians are free to steal from me? also missing was a cheap necklace. apparently it looked real, so they took that too. Again, no one at Russell's Pest Control seems to care being as they already got their thousands of dollars for the treatment."

"These are extremely nice and responsive people. However, their mole removal service just doesn’t work. We have had 5 scheduled treatments. We are now told that we are beyond warranty after the last treatment on 8/16. We started the service back on 6/19. And now after a $625 charge, we still have moles. These folks may be very effective in other areas, but if you need mole removal, this company definitely doesn’t have the solution."

"Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Second time in a row I could not see hardly any fertilizer in my grass. Called to talk to a supervisor and got a run around from terrible customer service person that told me they did not have a phone number for a supervisor. Got two "free" retreatments that burned my grass. Supervisor showed up unannounced at my house a month later after I cancelled my service. Too little, too late. Then I was charged $77 on my credit card 25 days after they told me my account was cancelled."
